Stick & Frog & Hair:
It's made with a carbon fibre core, and a Pernambuco wood exterior, nickel-silver fully mounted ebony frog with parisian eyes & button. Natural horse hair.

Materials Grades:
2nd grade Carbon graphite shafts are strong, yet full of elasticity, known to be the finest composite material to build the bow sticks.
2nd grade ebony frogs & buttons, we use fine polished ebony without any kind of dying or painting to make this bow frog & button.
2nd grade of natural white horse hair from a male horse, without bleaching or dying.

Cutting, Planing & Filing, Varnishing:

The shaft preparation: 
Carbon fiber and epoxy are used to build the shaft in the molding plant. After that, shafts were sent to our workshop for selection, refine and varnish.

The Frog, Button preparation:
A precise bench saw is used to cut ebony (or other materials) into blank blocks. Special milling machines and lathes are used to shape them. Files and sandpapers are used to polish and finish their shape. Their grades are categorized by smoothness of the wood surface and natural color of the wood. Then metal parts supplied by jewelry maker will be fit into the wood(horn, shell) parts. And then polish and re-categories and ready for fitting onto the shaft.Click to see making process.

Assemble & Adjustment: 
Shaft, Frog/Button and Horse hair, fit them together, seems like just a rehair process. We use our special procedure to ensure the assemble quality, especially the right length of the horse hair.Click to see making process.
